My name is Wyvere! My current pronouns are They/It/Wyrm

I'm aroace, nonbinary, neurodivergent (autism, ADHD, OCD are what I'm aware of having), and I'm a dragon therian!

I really enjoy fantasy media, especially with dragons obviously. My main fandoms are Pokemon, Hollow Knight, and Kirby!

Dragons are one of my main special interests, but another big one is zoology (especially entomology and marine biology). I'm also interested in botany, art, and medieval history.

I'm currently studying for a future story about the biology of fantasy monsters!

I draw sometimes! Here is some examples of my work: Image Image Image

Oooogh, that's a tough question, but it would probably be spiders! If we're limiting ourselves to actual insects, then mantises.

Who doesnt love a good spider!! I've always been told to never clean cobwebs cuz they bring money and good luck and I believe it!

Is there any specific spider genus/species or mantis genus/species you like the mostest

It's probably cliche, but jumping spiders! They've got so many wonderful little species, with peacock spiders being a standout, but a cool obscure one is Toxeus magnus, which secretes "milk" which it feeds its babies with! Here's a link to an article about it (which has pictures of the spider): https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-ne ... 180970930/
For mantises, that would be Stenophylla, also known as the dragon mantis! Yes, it's actually called that: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/749063 ... -cornigera

I never knew jumping spiders had "milk"! These (spiders) are some critters that never fail to astound me with their super varied forms of Parenting as it would across so many species...
As for mantis... dragon mantis you say... dont mind if i peruse this article :eyes:
