Thought I'd doodle up some of my dergs. 
(I'll add to this as I get more doodled up.)
"Night"
He's like a giant wall and pretty big. He is skilled at attacking magics and is a tank that can take the brunt of things fired at him. Besides his somewhat intimidating appearance, he's actually a squishy muffin when things are relaxed. He also goes by the name of Night because it's tradition in his family to go by nicknames and save your real name for trusted people - because if people know your real name they could curse you.

Sakura
Sakura has both scales and feathers. She's a mage and a teacher, skilled at attacking, protective, and healing magics. She prefers to work with one apprentice at a time instead of a whole class. She's quiet and when she does speak it's either something amazing or the dumbest thing you've ever heard. Sakura also LOVES cheesecake.

Athena
Athena doesn't have any magic training and prefers to do things the old fashioned way - with her claws. She is the head of the offense division in case the city is attacked and is proud of her work. She almost always keeps her armor on 'just in case'. Her free time is spent poring over tomes of fighting techniques and coming up with new snow cone flavors.
