started realizing that I'm a therian fairly recently and it's honestly really funny considering how long it took me. for example, here's some of my totally absolutely human behaviour from the past few years:

- learned to caw, instantly became a massive vocal stim
- prefer to be called "bird" instead of some gendered terms
- massively fixated on flying, not a fan of teeth
- I get strangely emotional when friends compare me to a bird
- I've used it/its pronouns for a while, don't really like being called human

basically, I'm the most oblivious bird on planet mirth

I'm glad to have figured it out, I feel like some people had already noticed it before me lol
I mean, I've been calling myself a crow for a long while now, just hadn't thought about it much

ah yeah youre good. it's not uncommon. same thing happened with me tbh although i dont like using the word otherkin for myself XD

felt like making a little update, being openly a therian online has felt great! I mean, I've been like this for a very long time and nothing really changed in that regard, but it's comforting to have found a word to call me by. I'm just kind of vibing with it.

I keep noticing more and more things that I've been doing all this time that are very therian-y
my girlfriend keeps responding to these moments with "[that one image of farquaad pointing] ΘΔ"

...wait hold on what do you mean this is recent i thought you identified as such for a WHILE. like. longer than august this year.
