played a bunch of FPSs over the years, favourite ones have to be titanfall 2 and tribes: ascend. wish they kept making more games like that!!
the monetisation of modern multiplayer FPSs makes most of them pretty inaccessible for me but I played some overwatch in its early days and apex legends. actually got to know one of my girlfriends by playing apex over discord!
played lots of halo when I was younger but haven't tried any of the more recent ones. should play the original doom at some point, ultrakill looks pretty scrumptious too

I really should!!!! it looks like a sicko game! I might wait until it's no longer in early access, I'm wary of burning out on games before they're finished. could still get it and play it a bit, I'll decide eventually
